Welcome to the Waimauku Pony Club and Waimauku Adult Ride website. We are based at Glasgow Park, Waimauku, which is in North-Western Auckland. The Pony Club meets on Thursday nights during the summer months from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. We pride ourselves on being family friendly and we welcome new members - check the Contact Us page to get in touch with us for more information.



Vet in the Field

Kumeu Veterinary Services is offering all Waimauku Adult Ride and Pony Club members the opportunity to bring their equine friends to the Club on Wednesday 1st May to meet and discuss any small concerns they may have, but also (and predominantly) offer discounted services as follows;
 

  • Tetanus vaccinations - $40.00 (10% discount)
  • Magnesium and selenium blood test - $55.00 (10% discount)
  • Combined Tetanus and Bloods - $85.00 for both on the day
  • Ultramox Multi-dose – dispensed - $24.00
  • Selection of Horse Worm pastes – 5% discount on the day
  • Faecal egg count - $15 plus a further discount off any wormer purchased subsequently
 
By taking up this offer you wave the call-out and consultation fees (wow!!).  Time slots will need to be scheduled and strictly abided by.  Those members who are existing clients can charge back to their account.  Any new clients will need to pay cash or fill out a new client account form.
 
This is a fabulous opportunity Kumeu Vets is offering our local community and not one to be missed!  With increased numbers of Tetanus being diagnosed in the Rodney area it’s the perfect time to vaccinate your horse/pony.  If you are interested in taking up this offer please contact Kay Trott nautechmarine@xtra.co.nz with a preferred time (between 10am-12pm).
